This rugged machine is made from HDPE with a proprietary linear motion system developed by Zenbot. The system features ball bearings preloaded on eloctroplated-zinc thick-walled steel rails. The result is a very stiff system with ultra smooth motion and zero slop. The Z-axis features 20mm rails with recirculating ball linear bearings. The drive system features 5/8" inch wide kevlar-reinforced urethane timing belts on all 3 axes, resulting in ultra precise 500 inches per minute travel. The entire machine is bolted together with allen-head machine bolts so every part is replaceable. the matrix of steel 1/4-20 threaded inserts make it simple to fasten the workpiece to the table. This machine is ideal for hobbyists and professionals alike.  you can cut hardwoods, plywoods, plastics, and even aluminum with the proper bit, rpm, feedrate, and depth of cut. Full simultaneous 3 axis contouring is a breeze.

  • Constructed of extremely durable HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) with Baltic Birch 3/4" 13-ply plywood top.
  • 4 wire bipolar 285 ounce/in Nema-23 motors
  • Kevlar-reinforced urethane MXL timing belts on all 3 axes
  • Linear motion system with ball bearings preloaded on 1.25 " square 1/8" thick walled steel tubing on X axis and 1.25" square steel tubing on Y axis for ultra smooth motion with zero slop.
  • X and Y axis have strip brushes to keep the rails clean and smooth.
  • Z-axis features 16mm hardened linear rail with recirculating ball linear bearings. Replaceable.

Zenbot Gecko g-540 4 axis Control Box

To control the Zenbot, you will need several electronic components, including stepper motor drivers for each axis and a DC power supply. The Zenbot Gecko g540 4-axis Control Box combines each of these components into a single, pre-configured box. You also have a 4th axis driver so you can add a rotary 4th axis.  Just plug it in, and you're ready to run! Our power supply accepts all world power in and outputs the correct DC voltage. You will just need the proper plug adapter for your country (comes with a US plug)
